Returns & Refunds
Each print is made to order — printed and, for limited editions, framed by hand to your chosen size after your purchase. Because every piece is produced individually for you, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your print arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change the size or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually adjust or cancel before your print goes into production. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be changed.
EU right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order goods. As our prints — and especially our custom-framed limited editions — are produced individually after purchase, they fall under this exemption. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need extra time to process it.
