Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
All works are fine art photography prints on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper (pure cotton, premium pearl finish), each supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity (limited editions are also numbered). Prints are available in two forms:
Limited Editions — framed. Produced in strictly limited, numbered editions and delivered framed in a handmade wooden box frame with a floating effect and a wall suspension system, ready to hang. Available sizes and editions:
- 100 × 70 cm — edition of 8
- 60 × 90 cm — edition of 10
- 50 × 75 cm — edition of 12
Open Editions — print only. Museum-quality prints, unframed and delivered rolled, ready to frame in your preferred style. Available in 100 × 70 cm, 60 × 90 cm and 50 × 75 cm. Open editions are not limited in number.
Colours may vary slightly between screen and final print due to differences in monitor calibration.
2. Orders & production
Each print is produced to order after purchase. Open edition prints are typically printed within 4–5 business days; framed limited editions within 7–9 business days, after which they are shipped or delivery is arranged.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time of your order applies.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. To pay with Apple Pay, please use Safari on an Apple device.
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping within the Netherlands is included. Framed works are shipped within the Netherlands only; for framed delivery abroad, please contact us for a quote. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns
As each work is made to order, all sales are final. See our Returns & Refunds policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
7. Export
Export of artworks may be subject to the regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for compliance with any applicable export or import requirements. We are not liable for delays or restrictions caused by the destination country's policies.
8. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of Kayleigh Groenendijk Photography. Purchase of a print does not transfer any reproduction or commercial rights.
